WORST UNIVERSITY to join. This is a LALA TYPE UNIVERSITY. The Lala itself doesn't know how to run a University as he is BJP Minister Dharmendra Bharadwaj ( MLC ) and is busy with the political work so he has made seated his relatives on the chairs of top level management who have no prior experience in the past and they hire and fire anyone not even thinking once without any reason. Kirti Kaushik ( Director-HR ) is the biggest ɓi*tch in this University. Manika Sharma ( Chairperson ) doesn't even know how to speak with the employees. She literally abuses the employees by using bad, abusive words and uses dehati language to insult the employee infront of others. They make false commitments and promises at the time of interview and after joining none of those commitments are fulfilled. They deducf 33% of salary for 3 Months as security from your salary in total 1 month salary and say that they will pay it after whenever you leave after completing notice period but for the last 3 years They have not even paid back the security of a single employee. They have stolen and kept the money of the employees by deducting security from salary. The salary of the employees in this University is paid 3 Months late. We are in December 2024 but we have not received our salary for the month of September 2024 till now. At the time of interview they say salary comes by 15th of next month but in reality it is 3 months late. They may offer you any amount of hike on salary to attract you to switch job but what's the point of hike when they are not able to pay salary of employee on time even after deducting security. This is just to attract you and make you join them. After joining, what they do is that they deduct 2 days salary even if you take 1 paid leave, you cannot take Saturday or Monday leave then in that case 3 days salary is deducted. You cannot expect to have a lunch during lunch break because they don't care about you. They just treat us like donkeys and doesn't care about anyone, they even make us work on Sundays, Extremely Toxic environment and if anyone raise voice against their malpractices, or does not follow their wrong commands, then they terminate them with immediate effect, If you ever join this University then forget about job security, it is a joke here. In most of the time employees resign after every 3 months in this University because for the first 3 months they deduct security and then after that also the salary is 3 months late due to which most employees resign and then I have to continue the hiring process again . Kartikey Kaushik (Brother of kirti kaushik ) is also of same mentality just like kirti kaushik. This stupid fellow keeps on laying off anyone without any reason just to satisfy his ego. Kirti Kaushik doesn't even know anything about Human Resources but gives orders like she is the queen but in reality she is the dumbest bi*tch I have ever seen in my entire 17 year career. Eventually one day , you will receive the taste of your own medicine Kirti Kaushik. Despite after giving resignation 2 times they are not releasing me, neither my security money of 1 month( 33 % deducted for 3 months ) and not my salary as salary is 3 months late. Also whenever the employees ask them for the salary payment, they fire them and don't pay the salary. Always remember, the sign of Toxic organization is that they are always hiring. Same is the case of this Mahaveer University Meerut. If you want to live stress free life and with work life balance so never ever join this University. I repeat never ever join this Mahaveer University Meerut, otherwise you are responsible for destroying your own career. Zero ethics , Toxic environment, Extreme politics, Extra overtime without pay, 3 months salary late, security deduction from salary, No leaves unnecessary salary deduction. I wish I had anything in positive unfortunately nothing at all. It's not because I left it but because I have cried from the day I joined and also on the day I left.( Just in 3 months)

Dislikes

The list is endless, yet will try covering few basic points. • Zero ethics • No positivity • You will be caged and considered a donkey • overtime and without even any appreciation • No growth • Extreme politics • Salary hahaha (aa jayegi thoda wait kijiye after 3 months too no salary) • No consideration of your health IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP PEACEFULLY JUST THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING.
