1. Very toxic boss. Will make your life hell, insults you, shouts at you 2.Old staff plays politics with new staff to retain their position & salary increments. 3. No job security. 4. The staff are capable to work for their organization only as their are not capable to work in other organization. 5. Work life balance is zero. 6.Office full of cockroaches.
