This company is good for those who want to learn and polished there skills . But as company they did not follow any labor laws. there is no job security, no medical benefits, like ESIC . No professional employees like b. Tec etc. No medical leave no full bonus . It's giving you 2500 to 5000 for your yearly bonus.

This place is just like a lala culture and no social fesility like esi or pf this place is good for laurning and if you get good salary then you will be faired in 6 month and if you get 10 to 15k monthly salary your chances to survive in this company is good.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
