I like the culture and vision of LMST. During covid-19 LMST is contineously supporting our members by economically and emotionally as well. We are providing them orders of preparing mask under the guidlines of WHO. We are providing dry ration and food packets to our members. We are taking daily followups of our members. We are providing the small scale business unites.

My work is specially there to provide the schemes by governtment to our members and also providing the skills trainings in their expertice areas. We help them to start their own work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
