The project was under Larsen and turbo the second party was CMS we were the third party working there in order to help our Mumbai police through CCTV cameras to make their work more efficient it was a good experience working there.
There was no increment in salary.

Being a customer service based industry company, if client is good then all good but still sometimes if all good typical Indian mentality oriented management/leads intervane unnecessarily in the project and disturbs overall project environment. As part of this organization, I like the company culture.
As the things I was experiencing is here and even I heard that there is no job security if people went on bench more than 3 months, once you complete the edging period HR will directly contact you and ask to put the papers, there are less opportunities in the mobility domain and even appraisal is not good, and cycle is not proper.
