Nothing is good in LTI Mindtree for the graduate trainees.

Nothing is good in this company. They are basically running a scam. Here the working environment is very toxic. They tell you stay in the class from 9 am to 10pm at night everyday even on Saturday but the timing is from 9 am to 6pm. And the main scam is before coming here they tell you that your training will be for 3 months but after coming here they tell you that every week there will be a exam as weekely assesment and then there will be mock exam after weekly assesment and then there will be milestone and if you failed to qualify in the monnthly milestone then they will terminate you. And we are complaining because you don't get the time to study as you have to complete the tasks which you have to complete daily. If by any chance you fail to complete that then they won't allow you to sit on the mock exam aur weekly aessement. To this is basically a scam only where you don't get the chance to study at home you just sit and complete the tasks till 3-4 am in the morning. So this is basically a scam only which is going on the company and they don't even pay for the overtime which we do on daily basis. Dinesh is the name of the guy who has doing everything from above. The infrastructure, cafeteria, cleanliness and order of the campus.

Dislikes

No job security for freshers. No work life balance for freshers. Trainees will be terminated if they don't clear "Milestones" every 15 work days. No time to learn or revisit concepts. 60% of freshers do not clear the Milestones as there is no time to revisit concepts. Only come to work here if you like being overworked.

food could be far better at the cafeteria, lack of proper enclosed washrooms for ease of use, no pool table or gym facilities, coffee quality is not up to the mark ,

Even after clearing 3 rounds of interview we have to clear 3 milestone during the training period if you can't clear you will be terminated that is the worst part.
