I Like the services and infrastructure of the company, specially Mahape, Navi Mumbai. Good Job security.

Dislikes

As per the industry norms, the salary disparity prevails between a long-term employee and lateral joiner. Promotion and appraisal received very less for continuous 2 years.

I have started my corporate journey with ltimindtree it has been two years I was so happy with my job. I got good leadership in this company hence I am getting great exposure with my company. I am happy with LTIMindtree.

Dislikes

Few things I don’t like about LTIM are below 1) canteen food is worst I have give feedback so many time but there is no action taken by vendors 2 getting very low appraisal it’s only 3 to 5 %

Great Work Culture, work life balance is also manageable Mentors & Managers are also very helpful, reachable.

Dislikes

There is minimum salary hike, the employees who work from long time, their salary structure is not being revised. We get very less appraisal.

LTIMindtree is the place to work with more comfort and security. It is gives the good learning opportunities to grow in career.

Dislikes

A very Few policies are not employee friendly like iPersona, Eventhough Project Client is ok to Work form any where, LTIM not accepting it at least on few scenarios and directly deducting the leaves from Employee. And Additional allowances are very less like Shift allowance and ON-Call Allowance. I think it is better that LTIM management have a look and plan of increase accordingly.

The benefits which I get from company is very appreciated. And the safety cabs with security which was provided for women during shift hours is also appreciable.

On time salary Good infrastructure Flexibility Hybrid Mode If u join here after 3 yrs of work experience it's good..even I can see some of my seniors here for more than 10 years in same company..they are not much talented but they will do ok but not exceptional they are also getting some respect from my perspective.

Appraisal Heard negative about job security and politics I havent faced anything.
