A company which does more marketing than actually doing things. They don’t give importance to the technical people but more focus is spend on the sales and marketing. A company with very bad culture which is completely sales driven. Employees are not given any respect

No framed policy is followed and there is no vigor of paying attention to employees concern. Management falls back on to team and has no capabilities addressing the situation with clients. Result is you burn your personal time finally to understand that there is no recognition.
