They don't have good bench policy and appraisals is not that great. Many received unexpected or no hike even being a star performer or promoted.

I am a new joiner to LTIMindtree and waiting for an active assignment, honestly not in a position to give positive feedback right now as I am still learning about the company and it's policy.

Dislikes

As a new joiner, I am not a fan of company policy. To be honest, I kind of dislike the company policy. 1) After onboarding, I was in a state of shock as I got to personally follow up with ppl to understand my next steps. 2) I was told that I need to be in office 2 days in a week and after 1st week it has become 3 days in a week andafter a month now it is 5 days in a week. Appraisals are delayed. Some managers create unnecessary chois for instance recently it is made madatory to book seat before comming to office but the app not allowing enough employees to book the seat but most of the seats are empty inside. After merging with LTI things are getting tight here. Now strict 2 months bench policy is following pratically within this 2 months we won't get enough time to look for opportunities as in oder to complete one client evaluation it will take a month....Read More

Extremely poor and rude HR Lack of projects Poor bench policy Zero support for work life balance Middle layer is missing. Oldies who mostly worked on BPO are managing GenZ and all projects require you to contribute 12 of more hours a day. No processes for women employees.

Management Appraisals/ hikes No benefits No team/ project parties. Every project is tight on budget as far as I have seen. No recognitions
