I was on maternity leaves for 6 months and later I got special need leaves for 6 months which was greatest gift to me from the organization. I really liked this policy of the organization and feel really blessed to be part of such organization.

Dislikes

I am working with Mindtree from past two and half years and I did not have any dislikes about the organization.

Good office ambience, good people which varies from project to project though but overall a good work environment.

Dislikes

Company is deducting premium of Group Life Insurance from employee payroll, which should be beared by company itself when they can pay for free snacks. Also the health insurance provided by the company is not at par with other corporates, because most of the policies are made to provide benefit to the insurance provider and nothing in employees benefit.

1. All most no communication between Manager and employee . 2. No contact or help from the manager for getting a new project when on bench 3. Payroll team is almost not accessible on phone for resolving PF issues .

- WorkLife Balance is good. - Management on Practice side are co-operative. - Hybrid Work culture is a good benefit for Family persons. - Transportation facility is also good.

-Rewards and recognitions are very limited compared to Market standard. - Sick leave Policy is not good. Minimum 3 days sick leave is not at all flexible for small issues. For 1 day flu or viral EL is getting deducted. - Promotion cycle is min 3 years which can be revised based on performance. - Appraisal delay was a biggest concern from last 2 years post merger of LTI and Mindtree. I like how they teach us but the time should be extended to 4 months for trainee.

Dislikes

No Work Life Balance. Going office at 9 AM coming back at 8 PM sometime 9 30 PM. As a fresher they should have gave extend the month for training instead they are giving pressure to us. I barely sleep for 5 hours that too I just joined 1 week back.
