This has been great place to work and I have been part of this organisation over four years. There is good work-life balance, and the employees are rewarded and appreciated for excelling in their roles and responsibilities. Job security is strong even when downturns in the IT industry. LTIMindtree provides fair compensation for all the employees.

Dislikes

It would be greatly appreciated, if the organisation offers lunch or dinner instead of snack at the evening time.

Dislikes

All good but if company considers the infra hurdle a bit would help a lot. I feel two gaps: 1. While working in Hybrid mode of Yin-Yang model, one fine morning when you wont reach office you may not find a seat to work from office. Then you pick some transport and run to other building. Still luck may not favor when you reach to theother building. 2. Even if you manage to book a seat you may not find a place to park your vehicle. Having no option to return home. Cheers. They don't have good bench policy and appraisals is not that great. Many received unexpected or no hike even being a star performer or promoted.

Good environment, good to focus on upskilling yourself or learn something new, work-life balance is good, benefits are good. clean stations. good food. travel benefits.

Dislikes

A bit of the politics which goes about(which happens everywhere in all companies), can do more on cultural activities and team activities. Don't like that we have to pass an internal interview again to prove our knowledge to get a project (which may or may not work always). Sick leaves can be applied only if its > 3 days.

It depends on projects.

Dislikes

Company pays very less increment. Company structure is getting poor. Company has less job security. Every project has some sort of interview and the work will be tiresome in some cases. Once in bench, it gets difficult to find project based on skill. We have to again showcase our skills to get job even though we have good project experience.

LTIMindtree is one of the big MNCs in India who promote a work life balance. Unlike other competitors my company does not force to attend office all days but on selected days. This makes work much more productive as we save time on travelling. My company is also very good at training freshers by onboarding them on projects directly.

Dislikes

Salary doesn't hike as expected but this I think is the case with every other company so not a worthy mention
