The organisation gave me the opportunity to become an experienced guy from a nobody, i.e. Fresher. I learnt a lot from my colleagues as well as seniors. It shaped me to become what I am today, i.e. Talented😅. Overall, I thank Ltimindtee for everything. When no one was accepting a fresher with a year gap, they accepted me.

Dislikes

Salary appraisals should be better as compared to other organisations. Organisation pay less and expect more from the individual which is wrong. They should push freshers more financially. Because of salary appraisals, people are leaving the organisation.

This has been great place to work and I have been part of this organisation over four years. There is good work-life balance, and the employees are rewarded and appreciated for excelling in their roles and responsibilities. Job security is strong even when downturns in the IT industry. LTIMindtree provides fair compensation for all the employees.

LTIMindtree is one of the big MNCs in India who promote a work life balance. Unlike other competitors my company does not force to attend office all days but on selected days. This makes work much more productive as we save time on travelling. My company is also very good at training freshers by onboarding them on projects directly.

Salary doesn't hike as expected but this I think is the case with every other company so not a worthy mention
