Being a customer service based industry company, if client is good then all good but still sometimes if all good typical Indian mentality oriented management/leads intervane unnecessarily in the project and disturbs overall project environment. The organisation gave me the opportunity to become an experienced guy from a nobody, i.e. Fresher. I learnt a lot from my colleagues as well as seniors. It shaped me to become what I am today, i.e. Talented😅. Overall, I thank Ltimindtee for everything. When no one was accepting a fresher with a year gap, they accepted me.
Salary appraisals should be better as compared to other organisations. Organisation pay less and expect more from the individual which is wrong. They should push freshers more financially. Because of salary appraisals, people are leaving the organisation.

LTIMindtree is one of the big MNCs in India who promote a work life balance. Unlike other competitors my company does not force to attend office all days but on selected days. This makes work much more productive as we save time on travelling. My company is also very good at training freshers by onboarding them on projects directly.
Salary doesn't hike as expected but this I think is the case with every other company so not a worthy mention
