Avoidance by all HR & Senior leadership to treat employees with respect and reveal the plans on postponing appraisal for increasing the profitability of company. There are no clear roadmap and guidance on the Career growth and roadmap. We are loosing more talented associates than the poor performers. This is giving opportunities for the other set of team members to stay back here just to sustain the situation. We are operating the same for the past 4 years. Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . I worked here for 2 years but got zero percentage of hike despite of both the year I got key contributor ratings which means rating 4 out 5 ....Read More

-Salary is very low - hikes are usually 2-4% even if you put lots of efforts -nothing to learn , projects are on specific tools My personal experience was horrible even after resigning. I had to follow up for months to get my full and final

Management is worst it's all about favoritism, your work skills doesn't matter. Ltimindtree doesn't have any promotion policy in place , so once you are in next 10 years you will be end up making same money

Range 1-2% depends on your special relationship building skills with managers specially ECA BU. 2. Bench policy (60days) but you rarely get support from work force management team meaning you are on your own
