Time management, Must be punctual to be in the class at 8:45 but doesn't allow us to leave after schedule time 7:15 PM, take more 15 to 20 minutes to leave by governance team coming and engaging by asking questions at the end of peer learning session. Fine should be imposed on the governance team members if they keep us after the schedule time according to the rules. It's happening daily.

Range 1-2% depends on your special relationship building skills with managers specially ECA BU. 2. Working on shifts were not mentioned on interview. New joiners don't get option to choose projects or shifts. Inter department shifting or promotion is difficult. No work life balance. Encourage to hustle and pick up call 24*7 and 365 days. Layoffs and no recognition.
