There is no recognition here, after training for so many domains they put me support, project managers specifically in power are not up to the mark they only think of themselves and there is very toxic culture here , no proper promotion and recognition.

Hybrid policy, for new Joiners after 60-90 days, they will not allow Hybrid. If you are not allocated to the project.
They will hire employee even they are not having opportunities, if they don't get any opportunity in future 3-4 months, HR will ask to resign and they will not allow Hybrid if you are on Bench, whoever is high aging on Bench and not getting any projects for their current location then Manager/WFM team will force to relocate to other locations/cities where the opportunities are available.

It is not a safe place to work for few years. If you are not assigned to a project, HR would ask you to resign. Even though they hired/interviewed for a particular role, it is not guaranteed that you would be working in that role.

Everything is poor in this organisation except the salary which you received at the time of joining. Work life balance is average in most of the project . People are not approachable. 2 months Bench police is worst. They have short term projects and job security is zero . Always have a fear to loose the job when you will be on bench . Hike is zero . Range 1-2% depends on your special relationship building skills with managers specially ECA BU. 2. Skill development programs offered . The best part is salary gets credited earlier than most other organisations.
Not every one is billable due to huge head count. Network policies restricts the online help . Certain departments have complete control and rights on the software resources . Hence working becomes difficult without access to the platforms.
