Few things to look for: -Lavish Piryani - HR Head -Anmol 'Sam' Chodhary -Nishanka Tyagi - HR -Seema Bist - HR -Arpit Gupta -Gopinath - CEO - 80 years old guy call himself math genius but he forgets everything after 5 minutes What you will face if you work here spending 7 PM to 7 AM hours daily, on Saturday and Sunday as well. Salary deductions Salary not paid on time Keep 15-20 days salary on hold - if you leave Simplia will not pay any full final Fire you without any explanation Treat you like a stray dog 200K Fake followers on Linkedin Most 5 star reviews are posted by Simplia's guys as posing client or employee Keep hiring and firing people Simplia false promising USA based client of gaining business in 3 months! If you want to experience the worst employment situation imaginable, look no further than Simplia Inc (Lotus Interworks). This company will have you sign a vendor agreement but treat you like an unauthorised employee. It will be worst experience of you life, nightmare in the night shift. Lotus Interworks -Simplia Inc claims to be aUSA-based firm, but this is a lie. All people who ruin lives are actually from India (Bharat). Here are some individuals to watch out for: Anmol 'Sam' Chaudhary: Claims to be the CEO, boasts about working with Mark Zuckerberg at Facebook, and alleges to have MBA from top schools like Kellogg and Harvard. He calls himself ChatGPT expert and floods numerous Skype Groups with online articles to showcase his fake knowledge. Lavish Piryani: Self-proclaimed HR director, notorious for harassing employees and constantly changing process so people can not settle. Arpit Gupta: Claims to be IIT alumnus and in infamous for enforcing arbitrary company policies. He often says "you know" excessively in conversations. Swati Mittal: Another so-called "strategist" who knows nothing about strategy beyond creating mediocre Excel sheets. Be especially cautious around: Swati Sharma Abhishek Sharma Nishanka Tyagi Seema Bist Lakshya Gupta Sindhuja Mondal and few more you may need to identify yourself. Simplia Inc boasts 200K fake followers on LinkedIn, so don't fooled by their online reputation. 5 star review here from California are fake too. Simplia Inc misleads small business owners with false promises of guaranteed growth within two months, only to fail and lose clients in small time. Now they can't pay salaries so they are firing people without paying them, cutting salaries based on Hubstaff activity! Talented employees are living in a day or two. Pay close attention to this: Monthly salary will be paid on 15th to 20th (after 1 and half month) Simplia will not pay your full and final salary, and they will block you on Skype and ignore emails. Big Scam worked for 45 days didn't get any salary. NEVER EVER JOIN this company! Stay away. No worklife balance. You have to alone work on 15 clients which is next to impossible to bring quality leads.
