Overall its a scam. Please beware. They will recruit you at 70000 per month and then they will give you a probation period of 7 days. Here is the catch. You have to bring one business which is minimum 4999 but there is no existence of the company. Now if you bring a business your customer will be scammed. As there is no existence ofthe company. I face internet issue which doesn’t allow me to have smooth communication with everyone and sometimes creates misunderstandings. Had I been working at office, I would be using wifi and get personal interaction with everyone which could result in better coordination & understanding.

Didn't like single thing also in this company.. They are not giving services after completing payment they are not responding to msgs or calls.. They are doing fraud with employees.

Don't trust this company it's a fake company.. I was worked as team lead in this company after completing 1 week of ojt period they are not responding simply removing or blocking our numbers.. And they are taking pf deductions and gst of 4000/-..which company take that much pf deductions.. Don't trust this fake company 😠😠

Despite being a fresher in this company, my seniors were kind & supported me by teaching me the work like a layman. I was provided with SOPs, Operation Manual & Call Pitch to handle customers accordingly. I'm liking to learn new things from an organization full of young blood and creative ideas.

Dislikes

Attending calls all day long becomes too hard for my mouth & ear. Sometimes I have to entertain as well as take abuse from unreasonable customers & ex-employees over chat & call if they are dissatisfied with the solution provided by the support team which spoils my day.

This company provides me opportunity to hire my own candidates as well as build my own team of HR who in turn provide support to Sales Team. Sales & HR Department work together as they are intertwined. I got the experience of both Sales & HR due to nature of my work.

They are frauds. I worked with them for 1 month and then they refused to give me the salary saying that sales team did not achieve their target. I want to understand that if sales team fails to achieve the target why does the HR will not get the salary. They are bloody frauds. Don't fall in their trap.

The work culture is good. They have WFH which is convenient and hassle free. The team ia responsive and I have not faced any issues so far since I have been working here for like 8 months now. It is good to be a part of these team.

The pay structure. The cycle completes at the 25th of each month and the salary gets credited by 5th of the next month.
