Excellent place to work with. I ve been 5 years with LH & really happy with the work culture, evironment, team mates, managers etc. Friendly environment with best benefits & work-life balance. I am surprised and excited as how my 5 years journey with LH got passed so easily. a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
