a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Hiring process is very very bad in this company.They kept me on hold for 1 month..Their HR first scheduled an Interview on 30-1-2022,Second round was on 12-2-2022.I was selected ,They discussed salary and everything they all of sudden their Hr Started ignoring my messages.Afet 15 days he said MANAGEMENT DECIDED NOT TO HIRE ANY HR .Ikindly request management please don’t waste time of candidates .An interview is not just an interview it’s an emotion.Dont play with others emotions.New joiners also please be aware of this company and don’t try to come into their trap and don’t waste time ....Read More

In this period lots of company closed, but lily giving still a job although lots of things is here..
