While Letmegrab has been great place for growth and development, like any company, it has areas for improvement, like on team meeting get delayed sometime, however company is actively address such issue and resloved.

I don't like any thing in this company. this is fraud company.

Joining process is go smoothly but after that there is no any benefits in this company. this is fraud company. HR don't tell you all information about their rules. At the time of joining they will not provide you joining form or letter, when your probation period is complete then they provide joining letter. And if you want to leave this company at any time, if in probation period also they tell you to complete notice period. In this company every end of the month there is only one issue there is salary issue. Every time they give any reason for salary credit. And the don't pay all salary. And also they take 30 number of days salary as security purpose, which is Saturday and Sunday excluded and this 30 days calculated only working days. Also they take 2 month salary check from you and tell you we will give you back at the time of leaving company. But they dont give you back. this company is not provide any relieving letter, experience letter, or any document. which is prove you that you work in this company.
