The company, Lastmile Transtech, has a very poor work culture. There is no job security, even for employees who perform well. They create situations that force employees to leave, such as sudden transfers with only five days' notice, leaving no room for acceptance. The management is ineffective, and the HR department fails to support employees or address their concerns. Don't go company, company management doesn't address our issue, but all my manager and colleagues are always support me every moment when I want wrong any perticular project.. No mediclaim over their, if you took more than 4days above weeks for any reason they cut out your salary..
