HR and manager are not responding on our mail, team chat, calls 3-4 months. There is no hike every queries are only extending not resolving. They are not hire for L and T itself they provide us at client location and this information they are disclosed till 6 months contract fullfill after that they are moving to bench. Travelling allowance should be applicable for every employee as per L and T policy but they are not given just saying anything and extending that discussion day by day. To much Working hours, MNC company but working on Saturday it's biggest disaster, They are following cadre system it's look like jativadi in MNC company, No flexibility in punching system, everything we have to pay like health insurance, both PF and term plan.

1. Annual increment is very low and there is no transperancy in annual performance review. Typically in between 2-5% of CTC. 2. Working Hours for Hazira Site is comparatively higher . I.e. 9 hrs and only alternate Saturday is off. 3. Transportation services (Busses) provided by company is Non-Ac and Mostly dirty (No regular washing). Even the traffic in Hazira during office is very traffic. 4. Quarterly Retention Policy for Mid and senior level position. Good portion is covered in QRP which paid quarterly if you are not on notice pay during payment date. 5. Leave police for causal leave is very tricky.
