On time salary. Only Company Is Good.

Dislikes

1) No work life balance. 2) FTC- Fixed Term Contract employees has no benefits, but they have to work equally with permanent employees. 3)No Proper timings for site engineers. 4)No of bosses are more but working staff are less. 5)Only accommodation provided but food not provided. 6)N number of departments are there for name sake. But every work should done site engineer only. Lot of problems are there....... Your Freedome and peace of work depends on your immediate boss.

... a billable project, then u are safe. Otherwise u will be always In danger zone. They even give massive loss of pay to their employees in bench. Having no project is not the issue of employees. Company should get the projects and occupy their employees. Its the responsibility of the higher management. And hike will be less than 1%. Literally u need to beg ur managers for leaves.

Work life balance, no hike, ill treating employees. Massive loss of pay for being benched employees. Partiality. No work from home.

Pros On-time salary. Good MNC overall Job security to some extent. Provides time to learn.

Salary part disappointing. Delays appraisal Very less increment or no as per MNC standard. Management not good Job locations are very less main office is in Bengaluru only.

work - life balance is the only problem.more than 12 hours we are spending in project site only.So time spending with family is very low
