Good work and life balance. Lots of things to learn both as a fresher and an experienced one. Great company to boost your career with. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Also they provide special holidays on your birthday and anniversary. You can carry forward your holidays to the next year.

I really enjoy working here because of the constant exposure to cutting-edge technology like Gen-AI, Quantum computing, cloud computing etc. and innovative projects. Collaborative work environment is fantastic.

The management is trying to help the employees by providing opportunities to the learning, working on POCs, getting engaged in the company activities even though employees are working remotely 3 days a week and from multiple locations. It creates a positive vibe within the project and company.

Dislikes

The health insurance policy because it does not include the parents and the top up options are expensive for them. Sometimes we don't get seats at the office premises and hence it creates a problem. The seats are either not available or filled. Please do something on this. If possible, start shuttle services as well.

Very good company, I am working here for last two-year, this is my first company, seniors and leads are very supportive. Learning opportunity is good. Specially there is Hybrid mode of work, so very helpful for work life balance.

The best part of working at LTIMindtree is its people. Wheather they are freshers or senior employees, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I have been with the company for just two months, and my experience so far has been very positive. I aspire to emulate this culture as I grow within the organization-remaining approachable, supportive, and committed to teamwork.

The Canteen food is not up to the mark considering the price, and the variety is also limited.

No salary hike and promotion for last almost 5 years . Where I am billable from the first day . Feeling depressed sometime here in this situation , When my market correction and Promotion will happen .where I can see my manager manage promotion, but I am not .
