As I was very much nee to infrastructure field it was quite difficult for the first few months later on with the help of seniors and their guidance it was even easy . I saw the different aspects and that helped me to suit different roles.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
