There is nothing good to have hear, only accept the offer if you get any good hike from existing ctc as you are going to loose your complete peace of mind and also there has been news of lay off so there is absolutely no job security with a very rude management. People having 20 yrs work exp have poor technical knowledge but 200% high ego so they are working like street vendors and I will be shocked if this organization continues to be a separate L&T entity in the year 2024 as it is almost garbage in and garbage out. The HR team is capable of playing with your career and they do play with salaries also. Untimely delivery of salaries is a common thing here. They r sinking the good will of parent L&T. Naukri shall stop allowing there HR to post openings, resiculuous place to work in India....Read More
