There is uncertainty for you project, no support from RMG, if you be on bench, you need to search project by your own, No satisfaction in our work , only Garbage work you will get when your work in project. Management is so much Harassing team, expect to work for management relates work like bring resource and talk to management client side

No good work culture, poor management both HR and Admin. Never know whom to hold whom not to. Coming to hikes need not even think of them, they throw some peanuts. Forcefully making people resign for company not having projects. Resource management group is one of the worst, they are not able to map people to projects, and they provide all useless training to the bench resources. The HR and RMG doesn't even respond to employees. You will not get lunch(pay from your pocket)after 1345hrs and lunch starts at 1250hrs. People shout on vendors but the issue is created by company management. There is separate committee for food that is of no use. 1. No job security 2. They don't have project still they hire professional and then put them on LOP after 60 days bench period. They don't tell this policy during recruitment 3. Poor infrastructure. Some City don't have basic seating and parking arrangements for employees 4. HR are cruel. WMG group don't bother about employees career 5. All management is South Indian and operate from Mysore. Everything except location Mysore. Hectic work with no hikes even if company performs good. They had never given hike during Carona even when the shares skyrocketed. Freshers can join if no other option found. Post job support is pathetic. I have been following up for my PF transfer from 2 years but still no response. Worse than anygovernment company. I feel very bad wasting my 10 years of carrier in such a pathetic company. I have won many awards though my salary was not even matching my years of experience. same for most of employees except lateral entries. There will be sometimes decent pay for lateral entries, but you need to forget hike for next few decades even if you perform exceptional. Check with any employee working before joining. No Ethics. Never work under Mrs.Divya Bhatt in Baroda & Mr. Duraisami in Chennai. She transferred me from Chennai to Vadodara with the support of Mr. Duraisami on May 2013 to develop a team and spoiled my career. Both of their attitude is like "Use and Throw". Finally I need to leave L&T on 2016.

No work life balance, promotion based on manager and they promote only based on personal relationship. Banch period only for 2 months only even notice period is 3 month.. after 2 months banch period company will hold the salary. No job security. Increment is very poor even top performer increment in single digit. They are trying to work on weekends also.
