It's good for the freshers.

Dislikes

For the appraisal they are not considered the work which we have done. This year appraisal cycle they have changed to November and not given the aerials for last 6 months. Very bad management and HR policies which are not followed by them itself.

Expects to work even on saturday at times, even after working for 9.30+ hours daily No work life balance

Great work life balance as well as more good for women. Hybrid (WFH+WFO) system available. Also very good environment for fresher as well as experience person.

Dislikes

Appraisal is very less as compare to manufacturing industry and sometimes immediate supervisor do some partiality for same skilled have candidate.

Almost everything. The management does anything without proper notice/ half information. Appraisal meetings and actual ratings differ. Salary is very low. You are expected to work for both client and parent company with half salaries . If you are at client location or captive project , you are gone. Hikes and promotions are very poor, Hike for 4* rating in 2 years is 3%.. Promotions highest duration with the company candidates not deserved candidates..
