Dislikes

Delay appraisal, No proper increment system to scale with respect to ratings. Even after getting 4 out of 5 rating 2-4% increment on low level cader like DET & ETS. No arrears after delay increment. Senior management are not on their commitment for growth of employees.

There is uncertainty for you project, no support from RMG, if you be on bench, you need to search project by your own, No satisfaction in our work , only Garbage work you will get when your work in project. Management is so much Harassing team, expect to work for management relates work like bring resource and talk to management client side

For the appraisal they are not considered the work which we have done. This year appraisal cycle they have changed to November and not given the aerials for last 6 months. Very bad management and HR policies which are not followed by them itself.

Nothing is Good full waste of knowledge, skills & dedication for onsite resources.

There is all skills are waste for onsite resource and there is no increment more than 2% after 2 years. They send RFP mapped resources to bench at any time without intimation only because of office politics

No good work culture, poor management both HR and Admin. Never know whom to hold whom not to. Coming to hikes need not even think of them, they throw some peanuts. Forcefully making people resign for company not having projects. Resource management group is one of the worst, they are not able to map people to projects, and they provide all useless training to the bench resources. The HR and RMG doesn't even respond to employees. You will not get lunch(pay from your pocket)after 1345hrs and lunch starts at 1250hrs. People shout on vendors but the issue is created by company management. There is separate committee for food that is of no use. Nothing i liked about L&T technology services. The managements are thieves. They steal all the bonuses, perks and benefits of young employees in the name of forms submissions.

Office politics is on peak, no appraisal, always gives work of copy paste excel files, data entry work to software engineers.

1. No job security and unethical hiring 2. I joined L&T 2 month back but I came to know they hired me without project. After 2 months I had call with HR (Sneha Hemdev) and she told you will be in virtual bench from 3rd months onwards and won't get salary. How some company can hire professional without project and tell you won't getsalary from 3rd month. During recruitment they didn't tell these policy. No promotions, no appraisals/ delayed appraisals without arrears. The company thinks that by delaying appraisals and vendor payments they can save benefit from the interest on the principal. The CEO gets 100% hike by deferring appraisal for 6 months and to top it off there are no arrears.
