Its the worst management i have seen in my life. A company with the name of Larsen & Toubro but completely opposite with the stature it has in indian market. It has no respect for the employees at all. They do not stick to their own offer letters. Currently I have 4 offer letters of the same company denying what was written in the previous letters shamelessly.

Dislikes

It does not honour its own words. I have been associated with this company for 10 months now and it has not honoured a single offer that the company has made to us.

Work Details

There is no work in the organisation. The company does not have clients anymore and it os on the verge of collapsing. They still intend to hire people just to have a sustained image in the market.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
