Only flexible timing.

Dislikes

Increment & promotion compensation is very very poor. 2-3% only. Management & IT is also poor. For new joinee system configuration takes 7 days to install for on boarding..

Overall environment is good and free to work but i have been working in Deputation in L&T Chiyoda. They have hired me but not provided sufficient work allocation in projects because of not having Manhours allocation for employees due to pandemic effect.Job security is dicey some time employees are work leave without pay if allocation not provided in projects..

Is it good to take a little salary cut in order to have a stable job and growth option? Currently, I am not seeing any growth in terms of learning in my current organization, but the offer which I am getting is paying less but there are a lot of opportunities and growth options also a job stability for the next 2-3 years..
