People here are humble. The managers are easily approachable. Work life balance depend on the Project & the client

Appraisal are equivalent to nothing. They don't bother if you resign. Current empolyees are given less salaries than the newly hired.

How to handle notice period and repay relocation allowance & joining Bonus agreement

I am joined my current organization on 13 May 2024 now i get a offer from another company and they want i join before 20th Apr 2025(90 days' notice period). But if i leave current company before 1 year i need to repay all relocation allowance and joining Bonus. How i Tackle this situation ? any one who face same situation can help me
