They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs

Onsite opportunity for fresh minds. Good job security. Low salary. Average hike 5%, despite having highest rating. Managers doesn't have spine.
