Only salary comes on time .

No work life balance, promotion based on manager and they promote only based on personal relationship. Banch period only for 2 months only even notice period is 3 month.. after 2 months banch period company will hold the salary. No job security. Increment is very poor even top performer increment in single digit. They are trying to work on weekends also.

Bench policy and notice period policy. CTC is included with variable pay. Instead of affecting the variable paybfuring bench period, LTTS formulated a policy that automatically your job will be terminated after having no project opportunities within 3 months of your bench time. And adding to that if you serve bench time for 3 month the last third month will be a virtual bench which means you are not eligible to get that month salary. They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs
