The only good things in L&T is salary breakups and medical insurance. The 50% of overall CTC is given as basic pay hence there is tax benefits.

Dislikes

1. There is no work life balance 2. Micro management and no flexibility in work time 3. There is no work flow process 4. If you are coming as CAE analyst position, 90% of time you have to do meshing, during the run time you have to support other task too. 5. If you are working in OEM and planning to switch your job to L&T, that would be the worst decision. 6. Don’t accept consultant role (Fixed Term Contract). Dislikes

Some Seniors are so rude and offensive to new joinees and they don't address our issues or don't care about it
