They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs

Worthless Policies which ensures business loss. No openness for improvement or scope for change. Majority work flow is NOT digitized hence everything is manual i.e. using emails for approvals and followups. Company can hold/ dismiss your Hike/ variable pay for few months without any rational reason.

Never work under Mrs.Divya Bhatt in Baroda & Mr. Duraisami in Chennai. She transferred me from Chennai to Vadodara with the support of Mr. Duraisami on May 2013 to develop a team and spoiled my career. Both of their attitude is like "Use and Throw". Finally I need to leave L&T on 2016.

Only salary comes on time .

Dislikes

No work life balance, promotion based on manager and they promote only based on personal relationship. Banch period only for 2 months only even notice period is 3 month.. after 2 months banch period company will hold the salary. No job security. Increment is very poor even top performer increment in single digit. They are trying to work on weekends also.
