I couldn't find any positive point in L&T

1. No job security 2. They don't have project still they hire professional and then put them on LOP after 60 days bench period. They don't tell this policy during recruitment 3. Poor infrastructure. Some City don't have basic seating and parking arrangements for employees 4. HR are cruel. WMG group don't bother about employees career 5. All management is South Indian and operate from Mysore. Nothing it's not a good company at any time they can remove employees once one project is completed if you are dedicated person also they are doing only business. So I am requesting all before joining L&T just think 10 times all are like rude managers and delivery managers. Never ever join such types of company name is brand but inside stupid things are happening.

There are many... In Summary, people at managers post are having a ego issue which leads to loss of Projects and that affects the job security of working engineers.

Some projects are based on development, if you are working on development project then definitely you will gain more knowledge more hand's on experience. But majority of Projects work are going on testing part. So, if you are working on testing project, no skills gains, no knowledge, difficult to switch after LTTS. Nothing i liked about L&T technology services. The managements are thieves. They steal all the bonuses, perks and benefits of young employees in the name of forms submissions.

Dislikes

Office politics is on peak, no appraisal, always gives work of copy paste excel files, data entry work to software engineers.

Nothing is Good full waste of knowledge, skills & dedication for onsite resources.

There is all skills are waste for onsite resource and there is no increment more than 2% after 2 years. They send RFP mapped resources to bench at any time without intimation only because of office politics

1. No job security and unethical hiring 2. I joined L&T 2 month back but I came to know they hired me without project. After 2 months I had call with HR (Sneha Hemdev) and she told you will be in virtual bench from 3rd months onwards and won't get salary. How some company can hire professional without project and tell you won't getsalary from 3rd month. During recruitment they didn't tell these policy.
