Very poor IT support. Very poor management. Leader/Manager doesn't involve much in technical aspect and Diploma people are treated very badly and heavy workloads are assigned to them with low salary.

ZERO upskilling. Rude and uncouth managers and higher colleagues who use unparliamentory language. No respect, no dignity, no acknowledgement of hard work. Work life balance is a myth here. You are a slave. You will learn nothing and if you ask to learn you will shoved aside or reprimanded. The brand name is a trap.
