A well known MNC it worked on various kind of software and hardware technologies. And good for internal career growth.

Dislikes

As this is service based company, if someone not working on project he/she will move to the bench, and within two month it they didn't get any project, they have to work without salary and finally they will ask you to leave the job. As a big MNC but job security is very less.

Job security. almost 2000 has been given pink slips this 2023 end by them. we have been shown exit door since sales team failing to get prjects from client and global slowdown. LOP for last 1 month out of 3month bench period and HR asking to raise resignation forcibly

People here are not having minimum required knowledge. Worst group of engineers in respect of knowledge, worst communication. They would only mark the date of submission without any other clarity or support. Work on weekends with out any benefits. No work life balance. They don't have any projects. Most of the resources are on bench Higher management has no clue on the upcoming projects. They will randomly assign you to a project irrespective of whether your tech stack matches or not In name of appraisal they will not give more than 5% increment even if you have performed great and have won stellar (LTTS Internal award) I believe it's worst of all the MNCs

Worthless Policies which ensures business loss. No openness for improvement or scope for change. Majority work flow is NOT digitized hence everything is manual i.e. using emails for approvals and followups. Company can hold/ dismiss your Hike/ variable pay for few months without any rational reason.

Never work under Mrs.Divya Bhatt in Baroda & Mr. Duraisami in Chennai. She transferred me from Chennai to Vadodara with the support of Mr. Duraisami on May 2013 to develop a team and spoiled my career. Both of their attitude is like "Use and Throw". Finally I need to leave L&T on 2016.

No work life balance, promotion based on manager and they promote only based on personal relationship. Banch period only for 2 months only even notice period is 3 month.. after 2 months banch period company will hold the salary. No job security. Increment is very poor even top performer increment in single digit. They are trying to work on weekends also.
