Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supported all time. Company policies good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year in this company.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
