Job security, women security, job satisfaction, and the Pune location with lush green beautiful scenes are surrounded with hills wonderful place for nature lovers. Unique buildings and cafeteria's and huge campus surrounded by lovely trees, beautiful flowers are also the speciality and it's a proud for every employees to work and get the experience in such a renowned company.

Dislikes

Team leaders and managers, were very dominating and were focused only for their targets and KPI's irrespective of employees careers and interests. Infosys founder's principles, ethics & policies are perfect and upto the mark, but very few managers and team leads followed those, only escalations worked to only certain extent and we had to be ready for the next escalation. Promotion and credit was given only to those employees who never worked hard, and has very little process knowledge, were not capable enough but they followed all other tactics. But inspite of all the challanges and complaints and escalations I would wish to join Infosys once again if I get an opportunity because of ethics, principles and policies and but obvious because of great founder's wonderful human being Shri Narayan Murthyji and Sudha Murthyji. I bow down to such wonderful personalities who also follow the great vision of serving back to the society because of which lakhs of people are getting employment and also so many NGO's have been sponsered and taken care by them....Read More
