The worst place to work, I have never experienced such an unethical work culture. The Head of the company uses all unparliamentary words & F words towards the senior management. We all on the floor can hear it. There is no defined process or clear work task schedule. Complete mess in the process.

Dislikes

Undefined process, they don't follow the process that is been laid by them self. If they don't like the person they follow the notice period, they do it for those who already got a job and have a deadline to join the other company, or they will send them immediately. I have chosen to work for this company that's the mistake I have made in my career.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
