Everything is restricted because its a major in audit firm, even non audit related folks face the same scrutiny as that of audit teams. No job security, no work life balance, worst appraisals, favouritism at its peak.

My comments would be restricted to the client and practice with which I was associated. I was involved in the Ease of Doing Business project into the Management Consulting of Govt Advisory(IGS). I worked there as a Chartered Accountant doing Paying Taxes & Resolving Insolvency study of World Bank. Teammates: Won't comment as everybody is working for their survival Training: You are trained to become scrap Job Security: You are not secured at all CareerGrowth: You would grow on a downward trend and your career would be plotted negative axis of graph Salary/Appraisal: They will pay you to incorporate above negative features Travel: Always unplanned Politics: Govt Advisory practice inculcates all these features as you are working with IAS officers Learning: You would learn how to become scrap with negative value. The work was primarily consists of administrative tasks and was 95% non-technical which they outsource projects for showing false and bluffs.Actually they need sub-contracted consultants in the name of peons who can waste their time and career.
