The company has a good culture. People are valued. The clientele is extremely good which gives you a lot of exposure. Global secondment opportunities are frequent in audit. Thus, learning experience is great. Trainings are held often for development of employees. Career development is steady because of timely promotions and increments. Internal job postings are also available.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high in audit department. Team varies from one client to another, so sometimes you get to work with bad Managers. Work life balance is an issue most of the year depending on the audit timelines.

Audits were very exiting but tremendously challenging most of the times which is extremely important for the personal and career growth, But since we ended up working long hours almost all days apart from most Sunday’s unless during deadlines (painful).
