Job Title: SAP FICO Implementation Consultant

Location: Gurgaon and Noida

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Implementation Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon and Noida. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a strong background in end-to-end implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation projects from planning to go-live and support.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and needs.
• Design and configure SAP FICO modules to meet client requirements.
• Develop functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Identify and resolve issues related to SAP FICO modules.
• Prepare project documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation.
• Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP FICO implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis) modules.
• Excellent understanding of business processes in finance and accounting.
• SAP certification in FICO is preferred.
• Experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with clients in various industries.
• Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP).
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Project management experience or certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
