ROLE: SAP FICO Consultant

Experience: 5 to 9 Yrs

Location: Pan India

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with 5 years of relevant experience in implementing and supporting SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing solutions, configuring SAP FICO modules, and providing end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and support SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).
2. Configure key SAP FI settings (Chart of Accounts, Fiscal Year Variants, Tax Configuration, and Payment Methods).
3. Handle end-to-end financial processes, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
4. Perform integration testing with other SAP modules (SD, MM) and third-party systems.
5. Provide solutions for internal reporting using Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) and Profit Center Accounting (PCA).
6. Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for business processes.
7. Support ongoing system enhancements and troubleshoot issues as required.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and implementations.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP FI sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting.
• Good understanding of SAP CO sub-modules: CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
• Experience in configuring SAP FI/CO for different business scenarios.
• Familiarity with integration points of FI/CO with other modules (MM, SD).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes in Finance and Controlling.
• SAP FI/CO Certification is preferred.
