Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration:
  
• Lead the implementation of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Learning, and Talent.
• Configure Workday modules as per business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Business Process Management:
  
• Design, test, and implement business processes using Workday Studio and Workday Report Writer.
• Optimize workflows, integrations, and security configurations.
• Integration Development:
  
• Develop and manage integrations between Workday and other third-party systems using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
• Support & Maintenance:
  
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve any issues.
• Regularly update and maintain Workday configurations based on business changes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and provide Workday solutions.
• Conduct regular workshops, training, and presentations for end-users.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  
• Build and manage custom dashboards, analytics, and reports.
• Analyze workforce data and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools like EIB, Studio, and Workday Web Services.
• Proficiency in Workday reporting, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Strong understanding of HCM concepts and HR/Payroll processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Agile or similar project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Workday certifications (e.g., Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, Workday Financials).
