No hike, appraisal is just for name sake, only around 4-5%. Nothing matches with an MNC, its only in the name. Work pressure and learning will be depending on the project. No benefits, i wont recommend this company to anyone

No professional HR's. No proper senior managers. All power is in hand of manager. 10 weekend works in a years. Late night work without extra pay. Treat like an animal during NP. Will not count productivity. Without any reason will put you on PIP . No hikes even if will get 3% in an year. No space to sit employees even though you have to go office. No any extra benefits in regarding salary.

No job security, no allowances, huge work pressure, they won't provide sufficient timeline for the work and they'll force to complete before the time nd they won't consider the quality of the software. If u were on bench for one month they'll remove you without any reason.

Very poor policies. If employee resigns, they release the employee in 15 Days without asking the employee.. however the notice period is 3 months.. Don't even pay the compensation for complete notice period. Fnf compensation also comes after 2 months and after many follow ups.

Not a review, just want to share something as it might help others while taking career decision, as their recruiting team just says flashy things and doesn't tell you these. This is specially for C++ developers, know this before you join, all are treated like freshers and they create batches like school(even 15+ yr exp), they shareonline video trainings, they provide no help, no respect or individual value it's just marks you take matters, they conduct regular team meetings to discuss your marks with all. once you are in, you have to clear multiple assessments, you are expected to clear proctored coding tests to get into projects, typically hackerrank kind of difficult coding games. Talking about trust level, Even a web cam enabled face movement monitored test they want you to take in office meeting room so that you won't cheat, So a company thinks it is a good idea to embrass people every week to take these tests and clear. You won't be encouraged to learn, no positive push, rather company follows shaming culture in case of failed attempts, no job security, pathetic corporate culture, if you are ok with above you can join....Read More
