It was good to work with my team in KPIT but I must say the policies are really very bad and frustrating. Salary/appraisal perspective not good. Work environment I believe depends on your team so for me it was good.

Dislikes

The policies are really frustrating e.g. if you miss to fill your timesheet your money is gone forever. And many like this.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
