Overall unhappy with the orginaiation micro management stuff and no freadom to grow in this.. momopally with the existing members. No learn and no growing very rare project management skill low level Observation tea cafeteria time calculation on daily basis why to spend this much and also

Very poor policies. If employee resigns, they release the employee in 15 Days without asking the employee.. however the notice period is 3 months.. Don't even pay the compensation for complete notice period. Fnf compensation also comes after 2 months and after many follow ups.

Yet another service based company, but gives some flexibility on timings and work from home. So you can say better than TCS, Wipro may be.

Not a review, just want to share something as it might help others while taking career decision, as their recruiting team just says flashy things and doesn't tell you these. This is specially for C++ developers, know this before you join, all are treated like freshers and they create batches like school(even 15+ yr exp), they shareonline video trainings, they provide no help, no respect or individual value it's just marks you take matters, they conduct regular team meetings to discuss your marks with all. once you are in, you have to clear multiple assessments, you are expected to clear proctored coding tests to get into projects, typically hackerrank kind of difficult coding games. Talking about trust level, Even a web cam enabled face movement monitored test they want you to take in office meeting room so that you won't cheat, So a company thinks it is a good idea to embrass people every week to take these tests and clear. You won't be encouraged to learn, no positive push, rather company follows shaming culture in case of failed attempts, no job security, pathetic corporate culture, if you are ok with above you can join....Read More

It's really bad....do not ever go this company. Managers and scrum masters harrass you mentally. And when you try to contact to HR they throw you out of project without any notice.
